You will represent clients in state and arbitration courts, dealing with corporate legal conflicts and commercial disputes. Responsibilities

• Cler and represent clients continuously, on a project basis, and proactively as a process lawyer.
• Represent clients in state courts, arbitration courts, and in mass or class actions across various focus areas.
• Handle corporate legal or post‑M&A conflicts, directors‑liability claims, banking and capital‑market disputes, insolvency‑related disputes, general commercial disputes, and antitrust damage‑claims.

Qualifications

• Law degree completed with two outstanding examinations.
• As a lawyer, ideally you have initial experience in the areas above, but beginners are warmly welcomed.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Strong ability to formulate precisely and think conceptually, with a quick grasp of complex legal matters.
