Here you can shine

• You work in the early and late shift at reception (in exceptional cases also in the night shift).
• You will ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking special guests into account.
• You will familiarise new trainees and interns and be their first point of contact during the induction period.
• You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks using the Protel programme.
• You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
• You are jointly responsible for compliance with credit guidelines.
• You inspire our guests for the hotel's products and actively offer them.
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times
