We are seeking an Investment Analyst / Associate to join our clients investment team in North Rhine-Westphalia.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with experience in structured financing, ideally in the commercial real estate financing space. Working closely and directly with the investment managers, you will have the opportunity to help shape the further development of a market leading company in the real estate debt sector and make a lasting contribution to the company's continued success. Responsibilities

• Supporting the investment managers in all aspects of the investment process.
• Collaborating in the acquisition, valuation, location analysis, financial modelling and underwriting of investment opportunities.
• Preparation of loan proposals and relevant materials.
• Collaborating in the preparation of documentation and presentations for the company's investors.
• Supporting investment managers in loan negotiations for new and existing business.
• Supporting the team in serving institutional clients.
• Collaboration with and coordination of external service providers (due diligence, valuation, etc.).

Qualifications

• Experience in structured financing with a focus on commercial real estate.
• Candidates working on either the banking or private equity side.
• Some experience in the acquisition, analysis and underwriting of investment opportunities.
• Good knowledge of financial modelling.
• Very good analytical and mathematical skills.
• Good command of written and spoken German and English.
