Company: Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service

Location: Your home ( Work will be undertaken at this location.)

Hours of work: 32 hours/2nights per 4 weeks with an additional 8 hours per week in school holidays

Rate of pay: £13.45 per hour with overnights rates.

Introduction:

A very busy 16-year-old boy with limited communication looking for an enthusiastic support worker who can provide respite care within a suitable and friendly home environment. This role is for a person to take me to their home and provide me with respite from Friday to Sunday. Please if you feel you can do this then apply.

Arranging daily activities of interest which include swimming, gardening, shopping, outdoors adventures etc, developing skills (cooking, safety, household duties), support with preparing meals and drinks, personal care, medicine administration. To carry out any other reasonable requests that the employer may make from time to time.
