Snke in Munich is seeking an R&D Manager – Game Technology to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, artists and producers focused on next‑generation health experiences.

You will shape the technical direction, own end‑to‑end R&D projects from concept to production, and collaborate with product, design, clinical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful healthcare software and interactive simulations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in CS or SE (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years in game development, game technology, real‑time 3D, or interactive software.
• Experience shipping commercial games, live service products, or interactive simulations.
• Hands‑on experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar technologies.

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in game development, game technology, real‑time 3D, or interactive software development
• Experience shipping commercial games, live service products, or interactive simulations in a professional game development environment
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior, lead, principal, or engineering management level
• Hands‑on experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar technologies
• Strong technical leadership and problem‑solving skills in fast‑moving environments
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
