Marsh Risk in London is seeking an experienced Account Handler/Client Advisor to manage a portfolio of energy and power insurance clients. The role combines client relationship management with renewals, mid-term changes, and detailed documentation support, in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Marsh Client Executives and the Placement Team, prepare market presentations, and negotiate renewal terms using Marsh systems, ensuring high-quality service and strong client relationships.

Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Marsh team in London as part of our Energy & Power practice. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work at least three days per week in the office, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with a highly experienced and supportive team while also benefiting from flexible working. This position would be ideal for an experienced Account Handler or Client Advisor with a strong background in Energy & Power insurance. We are looking for someone who is confident managing client relationships, well organised, and capable of delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day handling of their insurance requirements. This will include managing renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, supporting the preparation of client documentation, and responding to a range of client queries in a timely and professional manner. You will play an important role in helping to maintain strong client relationships and ensuring service excellence across the book.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience working within the Energy & Power sector
• Proven experience of working on the full renewal process of insurance programs
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
• A good awareness of clients' business, their business issues, insurance programmes and service plans
