Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team to support renewal activity, advise on policies, and maintain strong client relationships.

This role requires an active Florida 2-20 license, five years of account management in an insurance agency, and leadership experience. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally)
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage

As our Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team, you’ll

• Manage Renewal Process

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
