We are hiring a Quantitative Market Researcher (German-English) to join our Europe team.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from proposal to delivery, including research, survey design, data analysis, report writing, and presentation creation.
• Build client-friendly Excel models and prepare PowerPoint presentations transforming survey responses into insights.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data cleaning, coding, and file management.
• Test surveys to ensure quality and functionality.
• Prepare documentation and support users in creating their own research using our platform, including consulting via email and phone.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in German and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Effective communication skills in both languages.
• Interest in research and quantitative methods.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with R or similar programming languages.
