Agile Robots SE, based in Munich, seeks a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to own planning and continuous improvement of integrated management systems (QMS/EMS/ISMS). You will drive audits, CAPA actions, and cross-functional quality processes in a high-tech setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on QMS experience, ISO 9001/VDA 6.4/ISO 14001 knowledge, and fluency in German and English for audits and reporting. Occasional travel up to 10% may be requested.

• Initiate, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across quality processes.
• Conduct cross‑divisional QM data evaluation and maintain statistical reporting for management review.
• Apply core tools such as FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis in an industrial environment.

We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d), who will own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems, covering quality, environmental, and information security domains, while driving audit programmes and cross-functional quality processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Management Systems:Plan, develop, monitor, and optimise our integrated management systems across QMS, EMS, and ISMS frameworks.
• QM Methods:Elaborate and promote quality management methods and techniques across the organisation, including core tools such as FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Audit Management:Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits; support customer and certification audits through to closure.
• Supplier Audits:Support the purchasing department in planning and conducting supplier audits in line with applicable standards.
• CAPA Oversight:Initiate, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across quality‑relevant processes.
• Quality Reporting:Conduct cross‑divisional QM data evaluation and maintain statistical reporting to support management review and decision‑making.
• QMS Experience:3–5 years of hands‑on experience with quality management systems, with working knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and ISO 14001
• Information Security:Initial exposure to information security management systems, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS‑2.
• Quality Core Tools:Practical experience applying FMEA, 8D reporting, and structured root cause analysis methodologies in an industrial or technical environment.
• Technical Background:Completed bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent qualification as a state‑certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Language Proficiency:Business fluency in both German and English, sufficient for audit documentation, customer interaction, and internal reporting.
