Agile Robots SE in Munich, Germany, seeks a Quality Manager to own planning, development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems across QMS, EMS, and ISMS. You will drive audit programmes and cross-functional quality processes.

You will implement quality core tools, manage CAPAs, and oversee supplier audits, with a technical or business background and fluency in German and English to support audits and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years hands-on QA with ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, ISO 14001.
• Initial exposure to ISO 27001, TISAX or NIS-2.
• Experience applying FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
• Technical or business degree or equivalent (technician/master in electrical or mechatronics).
• Fluent German and English for audits and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, monitor, and optimise integrated management systems (QMS/EMS/ISMS).
• Elaborate and promote QM methods such as FMEA, 8D, RCA across the organisation.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits; support certification audits to closure.
• Support supplier audits with purchasing in line with standards.
• Initiate, monitor, CAPAs across quality processes.
• Conduct cross-divisional QM data evaluation and reporting to support management review.

We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d), who will own the planning, development, and continuous improvement of our integrated management systems, covering quality, environmental, and information security domains, while driving audit programmes and cross‑functional quality processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Management Systems: Plan, develop, monitor, and optimise our integrated management systems across QMS, EMS, and ISMS frameworks.
• QM Methods: Elaborate and promote quality management methods and techniques across the organisation, including core tools such as FMEA, 8D reporting, and root cause analysis.
• Audit Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external audits; support customer and certification audits through to closure.
• Supplier Audits: Support the purchasing department in planning and conducting supplier audits in line with applicable standards.
• CAPA Oversight: Initiate, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions across quality‑relevant processes.
• Quality Reporting: Conduct cross‑divisional QM data evaluation and maintain statistical reporting to support management review and decision‑making.

Essential Skills

• QMS Experience: 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with quality management systems, with working knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA 6.4, and ISO 14001
• Information Security: Initial exposure to information security management systems, including frameworks such as ISO 27001, TISAX, or NIS-2.
• Quality Core Tools: Practical experience applying FMEA, 8D reporting, and structured root cause analysis methodologies in an industrial or technical environment.
• Technical Background: Completed bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent qualification as a state‑certified technician or master craftsman in electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• Language Proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English, sufficient for audit documentation, customer interaction, and internal reporting.

• ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP in a quality or operations context.
• Multi‑Site Work: Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to support audits, supplier visits, and cross‑site quality activities.
