ARX Robotics is seeking a Production Quality Manager to own production quality and establish robust, scalable processes as we grow in the autonomous systems space.

You will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain and suppliers to resolve issues at the source, strengthen industrialization, and ensure products meet high reliability and performance standards. Fluency in German and English is required.

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, quality is essential to building reliable and mission-ready autonomous systems. As Production Quality Manager, you will own production quality and help establish robust, scalable processes as we grow.

You will work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers to resolve quality issues at the source, strengthen industrialization processes, and ensure our products meet high standards of reliability and performance.

What You’ll Build

• Manage quality findings, non-conforming parts, material quarantine, rework, repairs, and concessions
• Use SAP to quarantine material, block stock, and maintain accurate quality records
• Establish incoming inspection plans, sampling processes, control plans, and first article inspections
• Implement and maintain practical quality processes on the shopfloor
• Conduct regular quality rounds on the shopfloor to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities
• Support quality activities throughout industrialization and production ramp-up
• Work with engineering to feed production feedback into product and process improvements
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Define and monitor quality metrics and support continuous improvement
• Help build scalable production quality processes for the company’s growth and future international operations

What You Bring

• Experience in production quality, industrialization, manufacturing, or a comparable hands-on quality role
• Practical knowledge of non-conformities, inspection planning, control plans, sampling, and first article inspection
• Experience establishing and implementing quality processes from scratch
• Hands-on experience with SAP in a quality, inventory, production, or supply chain context; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with production, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers
• A structured, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Strong ownership and the ability to drive issues through to sustainable resolution
• Fluent German and English communication skills
