Zusammenfassung

Mercury is seeking a Quality Manager in Düsseldorf to lead the quality management efforts on complex engineering and construction projects. You will develop and implement QA/QC plans, ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and reporting skills, with experience in SAP, Procore, and BIM 360 Field, and the ability to perform root-cause analyses

Key Responsibilities Of The Role

• Management, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 14001
• Develop quality plans, manuals, documents and systems
• Review specifications to identify all inspections & test requirements and develop Project inspection and test plans
• Training all Project personnel in Contractor’s Project QA/QC plan.
• Work with our Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines
• Completion of Audits
• Advise Management on QA issues
• Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover
• Attend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers
• Document Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives, in order to stay in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardised and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual.
• Review of all applicable vendor/subcontractor documentation.
• Carrying out off-site factory / prefabrication audits (source inspection) as required by Contractor’s Project QA/QC plan and the Contract Documents.
• Utilise SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360 Field and other software management systems to carry out duties
• When necessary, perform Root cause analysis (RCA) on significant Project events or issues. Share all RCAs with all appropriate Project personnel
• All other duties associated with this role

• A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification
• Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten Der Rolle

• Management, Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems ISO 9001:2015 und ISO 14001
• Entwicklung von Qualitätsplänen, Handbüchern, Dokumenten und Systemen
• Spezifikationen prüfen, um alle Inspektions- und Testanforderungen zu ermitteln und Projektinspektions- und Testpläne zu entwickeln
• Schulung aller Projektmitarbeiter im Hinblick auf den QA/QC-Plan des Auftragnehmers.
• Wir arbeiten mit unserem Kunden zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass seine Qualitätsstandards und -verfahren erfolgreich eingereicht, genehmigt und innerhalb der vereinbarten Fristen implementiert werden
• Abschluss der Prüfungen
• Beratung des Managements in Fragen der Qualitätssicherung
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Dokumente und Zertifizierungen vor der endgültigen Übergabe vollständig sind und geprüft wurden
• Teilnahme an und Koordination wöchentlicher Besprechungen mit dem Kunden, Subunternehmern und Lieferanten
• Dokumentenkontrolle – Überprüfung und Überarbeitung von Dokumenten zur Berücksichtigung von Änderungen der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -ziele, um die Einhaltung der Normen ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 zu gewährleisten.
• Berichterstattung und Sicherstellung, dass die aktuell in Projekten angewandten QA/QC-Verfahren standardisiert und in das QA/QC-Handbuch des Unternehmens integriert werden.
• Prüfung aller relevanten Lieferanten-/Subunternehmerdokumente.
• Durchführung von Werks-/Fertigstellungsaudits (Quelleninspektion) außerhalb des Werksgeländes gemäß dem Projekt-QA/QC-Plan des Auftragnehmers und den Vertragsunterlagen.
• Nutzen Sie SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360 Field und andere Software-Managementsysteme zur Ausführung Ihrer Aufgaben
• Führen Sie bei Bedarf eine Ursachenanalyse (Root Cause Analysis, RCA) für wichtige Projektereignisse oder -probleme durch. Teilen Sie alle Ursachenanalysen mit allen relevanten Projektmitarbeitern
• Alle weiteren mit dieser Funktion verbundenen Aufgaben
