We, at Leggett & Platt Inc., are searching for a Quality Manager within our quality team to help support our Hydraulic business. Over the last 45 years, PHC and PACOMA have built a reputation as a world‑class hydraulic cylinder manufacturer through our superior quality control and innovation. PHC and PACOMA are a leading supplier of hydraulic cylinders for material handling, construction, agriculture, and transportation markets. If you join our team, your work will ensure customers across the world have high‑quality products they can use to keep their businesses running.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of the company's quality management system, such as personnel assessment and deployment of work.
2. Organize and promote the implementation of quality management system, implementation and continuous improvement, including responsible for the second, third‑party audit or certification‑related planning, planning, organization and other work.
3. Responsible for the organization of product development, production of abnormal problems in the analysis, improvement activities.
4. Responsible for the development of inspection standards, modification, periodic review, check the standard implementation status, effectiveness.
5. Participate in and plan various quality management activities, such as participating in the audit of external partners, certification and quality training of internal personnel.
6. Complete the temporary work arranged by the leadership.
