To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we’re looking for a full‑time intern to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months in the field of Quality Management.
Here’s what your day‑to‑day work with us will look like
- Supporting the maintenance and further development of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
- Assisting with customer documentation for our battery storage systems and supporting the creation of technical documentation
- Collaborating on the maintenance, optimization, and documentation of processes as well as the revision of work instructions and risk assessments
- Participation in defect management (recording, analysis, and evaluation of non-conformities, as well as tracking corrective actions)
- Support in the preparation and follow‑up of internal and external audits, as well as in management reviews
- Maintenance of test equipment inventories, management of test reports, and monitoring of calibration schedules
- Assistance with supplier evaluation
- Creation and maintenance of Excel reports, templates, and key performance indicator overviews
- Support with administrative tasks
What you bring to the table
- Current studies in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Strong technical understanding and interest in quality and process management
- Analytical and structured approach to work with a high degree of initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team player, strong communication skills, and a precise work style
- Very good written and spoken German and English (min. B2)
- Basic knowledge of VBA
- Basic knowledge of the ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
