Zusammenfassung

NAXCON GmbH in Bremen, Germany, is seeking a Quality Inspector (m/f/d) to join its engineering and IT services team. You will record, review, and evaluate incoming goods inspections, draft defect notices, and collaborate with Engineering, QA, Production Planning, and Purchasing to ensure high-quality outputs.

The role focuses on SAP-based inspection processes and continuous workflow improvements in a defence context.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in electronics and mechanics.
• Experience handling supplier complaints and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies in mechanics and/or electrical engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP, particularly the QM module.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Business-level proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of SAP.

Aufgaben

• Record, review, and evaluate incoming goods inspections and complaints.
• Draft and specify notices of defects.
• Decide on the use of materials following inspection according to guidelines.
• Prepare quality reports and implement corrective actions.
• Process defect notices and special approvals within parameters.
• Monitor timely processing of inspection lots.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding defect notices.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Production Planning, and Purchasing.
• Collaborate on and implement improvements to workflows and IT systems.
• Create inspection instructions for goods receipt in SAP.

Tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of electronics and mechanics
• Professional experience handling supplier complaints and in quality assurance
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing technologies in the fields of mechanics and/or electrical engineering
• In-depth knowledge of SAP, particularly the QM module
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Business‑level proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of SAP
