Als Quality Engineer bist Du für die Umsetzung und Durchsetzung der Qualitätsrichtlinien und entsprechender Prozesse und Verfahren unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Gesetzgebung und normativer Anforderungen zuständig. Du unterstützt das Führungsteam und unsere Mitarbeiter*innen in diversen Fragen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems.
Du unterstützt mit den Fachabteilungen die Untersuchung von Kundenreklamationen und Abweichungen
Du definierst entsprechende Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung dieser
Du arbeitest an der Umsetzung der Medtronic Qualitätsstrategien und -programmen und unterstützt bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten
Zusätzlich kümmerst du dich um die Erstellung und Aktualisierung von QM-Prozeduren und Dokumenten
Du unterstützt Audits zur Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems und bist der Ansprechpartner und Koordinator bei externen Auditierungen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches / technisches Studium oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Quality Engineer wünschenswert, praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement in der Medizinprodukteindustrie erforderlich
Du besitzt ausgeprägtes Fachwissen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement. Des Weiteren verfügst Du über Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetzgebungen und Regelwerke (ISO13485 Qualitätsmanagement für Medizin Produkte), sowie den entsprechenden Anforderungen der FDA (FDA 21 CFR Part 820)
Methoden- und Problemlösekompetenzen sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus
Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, bist zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst.
Du kannst Vertraulichkeit wahren und angemessenen mit sensiblen Informationen umgehen
Du beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office-Programme
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn du bereits Erfahrungen mit Klasse 3 Produkten sammeln konntest.
