Zusammenfassung

Advantest sucht eine qualifizierte Fachperson für Quality Engineering Regulations, die im Product Compliance Team maßgeblich an der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Normanforderungen arbeitet. Sie koordinieren bereichsübergreifend mit Lieferanten, begleiten NPIs und Transferprojekte und sichern die Produktkonformität im gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in Produktprüfungen, Regulierung und Zertifizierungen mit, arbeiten selbstständig, kommunikativ und zielorientiert in

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Elektrik/Mechanik/Mechatronik.
• Tiefgehende Kenntnisse von Produkt­sicherheit und EMC‑Standards sowie EU‑Richtlinien (Niederspannung, EMC, Maschinensicherheit, RoHS).
• Erfahrung in Produktprüfung und Zertifizierungen.
• Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktkonformität und geschäftliches Denken.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen anhand von KPI.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Projektmanagement- und Präsentationskompetenz.
• Hohes Maß an Unabhängigkeit und proaktive Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Arbeiten in der Organisation der SoC Test Supply Chain Division im Product Compliance Team.
• Fachliche Beratung und Koordination mit relevanten Abteilungen und Lieferanten, um Produkt­sicherheit und Rechtskonformität sicherzustellen.
• Begleitung von NPIs und Transfer-Aktivitäten, Einbindung externer Prüfstellen (CSA, TÜV).
• Mitwirkung an CPE‑Aktivitäten und Einflussnahme auf Produkt- und Prozessgestaltung.
• Interpretation regulatorischer Anforderungen und Integration in den Produktlebenszyklus.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Marktzugangsplänen einschließlich Produktvorschriften und Umwelt‑Tests.
• Teilnahme an Branchenaktivitäten (ZVEI, IEEE, SEMI) zur Förderung von Produktregulationen und Compliance.

Accompanying NPIs and manufacturing transfer activities; Managing third party competent bodies (CSA, TÜV) for compliance assessments and certification Involvement in CPE (Current Product Engineering) activities Influence the design of products and processes to ensure safe products that meet legal requirements and customer expectations. (incl. safety and risk assessments) Interpret Regulatory Compliance Requirements and integrate them into our Product Life Cycle Process. Develop and implement Product Market Access Plans, including product regulations and environmental test plans. (e.g. product compliance and robustness testing) Participate in Product Regulations and Compliance Industry activities that benefit Advantest and our customers. (e.g. ZVEI, IEEE, SEMI)## Ihr ProfilBachelor / Master degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering Deep knowledge of product safety and EMC standards (e.g. IEC 61010-1, IEC 60204, IEC 61326) and European Directives (Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery Safety, RoHS) Experience in product testing and compliance certifications Outstanding product compliance knowledge and good business acumen Analytical skills to drive corrective actions based on KPI's Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers Strong background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering required Builds constructive and effective relationships across the company Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English language Good communication skills and team player Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as strong ownership Project management and presentation skills Highly independent and pro-active
