Orizon GmbH ist Ihr kompetenter Partner, um sich im Arbeitsmarkt abzuheben. Wir suchen für unseren namhaften Kunden Airbus Operations eine/n Quality Conformance Manager (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Quality Global Operations & Training am Standort Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel.

Sie monitoren NOE/QSR-Anfragen, definieren schnelle Gegenmaßnahmen gegen Qualitätsabweichungen und steuern DRs im CAPRI-Prozess, um eine reibungslose Kundenlogistik sicherzustellen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Engineering/Aerospace Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrtherstellung, Instandhaltung oder Qualitätsmanagement.

Aufgaben

• Überwachung, Validierung und Analyse von NOE- und QSR-Anfragen zur Bewertung operativer Auswirkungen auf Ersatzteile und Kits
• Definition, Abstimmung und Umsetzung schneller Eindämmungsmaßnahmen zur Minderung von Qualitätsdefekten
• Bearbeitung von Discrepancy Reports (DR) im Zusammenhang mit NOE, QSR und CAPRI-Prozessen
• Aktive Teilnahme an Qualitätsaudits zur Demonstration der Compliance mit QSR-Prozessen und Luftfahrstandards
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen an internationalen Standorten und Beitrag zu QSR-Expertennetzwerken und Prozessverbesserungen

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Quality Conformance Manager (m/f/d) within the Quality Global Operations & Training department at the location Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor, validate, and analyse incoming Notification Of Escape (NOE) and Quality Survey Report (QSR) requests to evaluate their operational impact across spare parts and kits
• Define, align, and implement rapid containment actions to mitigate quality defects and prevent non-conforming items from impacting customer operations
• Manage Discrepancy Reports (DR) relating to NOE, QSR, and CAPRI processes, to validate, execute, and close quality tasks efficiently
• Actively participate in quality audits to demonstrate Satair's full compliance with QSR processes and aerospace standards
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the international department locations, managing and engaging with a global expert network while contributing specialised QSR expertise to cross-functional transformation and process improvement projects

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, a vocational training in Aircraft Manufacturing with additional training as master or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Aircraft Manufacturing, Mechanics in Aviation, Maintenance, Quality Management and Process Optimization
• Good knowledge in Process Management and Total Quality Management
• Very good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
