A leading European solar solutions company in Munich is seeking a QA & QC Manager (m/f/d) to ensure the quality of construction projects by developing and maintaining quality management systems. The ideal candidate has a background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, business fluency in both German and English, and experience managing subcontractors. Expanding our team in Munich, Germany, we are looking for a QA & QC Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Creates, develops, implements and maintains the Quality Management Systems (QMS) for construction projects;
• Reviews and approves project documentation to guarantee quality assurance;
• Collaborates with engineering, procurement and project teams to resolve quality-related issues;
• Management and control of subcontractors and their performance with regard to project quality;
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors for certifications.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations;
• Bachelor`s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field;
• Management and control of subcontractors and their performance with regards to project quality;
• Coordinates with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors for certifications;
• Business fluent German and English language skills is a must;
• Strong intercultural competence and respect for different perspectives;
• Willingness to travel;
• Certification as an Internal/Lead Auditor for QMS under ISO 9001 is considered an advantage.
