Crytek is seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead on-site in Frankfurt, driving QA strategy and delivery across projects. You will partner with Production, Development, and studio leadership to shape QA initiatives and mitigate delivery risks.

The role combines leadership, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to embed QA as a core part of development, ensuring high-quality experiences for players.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in QA within the games industry.
• Shipped at least 5 AAA titles through a full development cycle.
• Proven experience managing QA teams on large-scale game development projects.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, production processes, and project delivery practices.
• Experience defining QA strategies, quality objectives, and testing approaches at project level.
