platacard is seeking a Junior+ QA Engineer - Backend (Go) to join the Cashback Partners Team, which handles affiliate cashback systems, integrates with external partners, and processes data to display expected cashback to customers.

You will build and maintain test documentation, write automated tests in Go, and collaborate with product teams through releases. Remote-friendly, relocation support, and a fast-growing fintech environment offer hands-on growth and practical impact.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of QA experience.
• Proactive, persistent attitude and cross-team problem solving.
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Programming experience in Go / Java / Kotlin / Python.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• English level B1 or higher for international collaboration.

We are looking for a Junior+ QA Engineer - Backend (Golang) for the Cashback Partners Team — Cashback Partners Team — a team responsible for our affiliate cashback systems. The team integrates with external partners and supports the cashback lifecycle from receiving purchase and cashback data to processing it and displaying the expected cashback to customers. The product also includes internal tools for managing partner offers and cashback campaigns.

Challenges that await you:

• Analyzing requirements, creating test scenarios, preparing test data
• Developing and maintaining test documentation
• Acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
• Writing and maintaining automated tests in Go
• Identifying, localizing, and reporting defects using a bug tracking system
• Communicating with the product team throughout development and participating in releases
• Maintaining the test project

What makes you a great fit:

• 1–2 years of experience in QA
• A proactive, persistent, get-it-done attitude — you enjoy chasing a problem across teams until it’s actually solved, not just reported
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation
• Programming experience in Go / Java / Kotlin / Python

• **B1 or higher English level** for effective communication with an international team
