Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a procurement professional to drive strategic sourcing in Electronics, collaborating with the Global Category Manager to shape the category strategy.

You will independently manage procurement projects, conduct price and contract negotiations, and qualify new suppliers while coordinating with Supply Chain Management and leveraging SAP and MS Office to optimize processes.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with procurement experience.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing electronic components.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent supplier/internal stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to learn, initiative and resilience; English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP; structured, analytical work approach.

Contribute to the further development and implementation of the global category strategy together with the Global Category Manager
Determine and align annual requirements at material and category level in close cooperation with Supply Chain Management
Independently manage and execute strategic procurement projects within the Electronics category
Conduct price and contract negotiations
Manage escalations related to delivery bottlenecks and processing issues
Identify, select and qualify new suppliers, taking technical requirements into account

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with professional experience in strategic procurement
• Solid knowledge of sourcing electronic components
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, initiative, motivation and resilience
• Good command of English and a structured, analytical way of working
• Confident user of MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
