Zusammenfassung

MT Aerospace AG sucht einen Test Engineer / NDT Inspector UT2 (m/w/d) zur Durchführung zerstörungsfreier Prüfungen mittels Ultraschall. Die Stelle ist befristet auf 6 Monate; Aufgabenbereiche umfassen Prüfung, Auswertung und Dokumentation sowie termingerechte Umsetzung der Produktionsziele.

Anforderungen: technische Ausbildung, UT Level 2 oder ISO/Zertifizierung, Erfahrung in Schweißprüfungen (FSW/TIG vorteilhaft), PAUT, SAP/R3 und MS Office Kenntnisse. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
• Prüfer Level 2 im UT nach DIN EN 4179 oder DIN EN ISO 9712.
• Erfahrung oder Qualifikation in der Prüfung von Schweißverbindungen (FSW, TIG vorteilhaft).
• Erfahrung mit PAUT.
• Gute SAP/R3- und MS Office-Kenntnisse.
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
• Kooperative, teamorientierte und flexible Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung zerstörungsfreier Prüfungen mittels Ultraschall eigenständig gemäß Prüfvorgaben.
• Auswertung und Dokumentation der Prüfungen.
• Erfüllung der Produktionsziele (Termine, Kosten, Qualität).

The position is temporary for 6 months.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out non-destructive testing using ultrasonic methods independently in accordance with test instructions
• Evaluating and documenting the tests
• Meeting production targets (e.g. deadlines, costs, quality)

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a technical profession
• Inspection technician qualified to Level 2 in ultrasonic testing (UT) in accordance with DIN EN 4179, or alternatively DIN EN ISO 9712
• Experience or qualification in the inspection of welded joints (FSW, TIG welding an advantage)
• Experience with PAUT
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3 and MS Office
• Willingness to work shifts
• Cooperative, team-oriented and flexible approach to work
