Bähr Anlagenbau GmbH in Düsseldorf sucht einen Electrical Project Manager (m/w/d) zur Leitung von Montageprojekten im hybrid Arbeitsmodell. Sie verantworten Planung, Angebotserstellung, Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern sowie Personalplanung im Projekt.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
• Baustellenerfahrung im Bereich der Elektro-Mertellierung/Elektroinstallation.
• Fachkompetenz im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Elektroinstallationen/MV–NV).
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse.
• Reisebereitschaft.

Responsibilities

• Elektrische Montageprojekte gemäß internen Standards steuern.
• Kosten-, Termin-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsziele während des Projekts sicherstellen.
• Vom Planen bis zur Ausführung verantwortlich sein.
• Verhandlungen und Koordination mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
• Vernetzung zwischen internen Montageleitern, Kunden, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern.
• Angebote kalkulieren.
• Personalplanung und Entscheidungen im Projekt.

• Manage assembly projects in compliance with internal company standards
• Responsible for compliance with cost, deadline, safety and quality goals during the course of the project
• Responsible from proper planning to execution
• Negotiations and coordination with customers and suppliers
• Link between internal assembly managers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Calculation of offers
• Personnel planning and decisions during the project

For this demanding position you should be able to provide the following:

• Completed technical training
• Construction site experience in the field of electrical assembly
• Professional competence in the field of electrical engineering (electrical installations / medium and low voltage)
• Good IT-Skills
• Traveling
