Job summary

Die HAHN Automation Group sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Einkäufer/in für die projektbezogene Beschaffung. Sie steuern eigenverantwortlich den Einkauf komplexer Bauteile, arbeiten eng mit Engineering, Projektmanagement und Vertrieb zusammen und verantworten Verhandlungen mit nationalen sowie internationalen Lieferanten.

Sie bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf mit, verfügen über gutes technisches Verständnis und beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sicher.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen bzw. projektbezogenen Einkauf, ideal im Maschinenbau/Anlagenbau.
• Technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Beschaffung komplexer, kundenspezifischer Bauteile.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer, internationaler Zusammenarbeit.

Responsibilities

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von projektbezogenen Beschaffungsstrategien.
• Eigenständige Beschaffung von projektspezifischen Sonder- und zeichnungsbasierten Teilen – von der Lieferantenauswahl bis zur Bestellung und Lieferüberwachung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Projektmanagement und Vertrieb.
• Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten.
• Lieferantenmanagement inklusive Koordination von Reklamationen und Eskalationen.
• Kostenbewusste, qualitätsorientierte und termingerechte Beschaffungsprozesse sicherstellen.
• Planung, Koordination und Verfolgung aller beschaffungsrelevanten Aktivitäten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
• Identifikation und Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen in Projekten.

Job description

• Development and implementation of project-specific procurement strategies as well as early involvement in the quotation and calculation phase
• Independently managing the procurement of project-specific special and drawing-based parts – from supplier selection and inquiries through to order placement and delivery monitoring
• Close cooperation with engineering, project management, and sales departments, actively contributing procurement expertise to interdisciplinary project teams
• Conducting price, contract, and terms & conditions negotiations with national and international suppliers
• Managing and continuously developing project-related supplier management, including the coordination of complaints and escalations
• Ensuring cost-effective, quality-oriented, and on-time procurement processes
• Planning, coordinating, and tracking all procurement-related activities throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Identifying and realizing cost optimization and savings potentials within projects

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial degree, for example in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in technical or project-based purchasing, ideally within mechanical or plant engineering
• Strong technical understanding and experience in procuring complex, customer-specific components
• Confident appearance, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary and international project teams
