Job summary

In The Loop Group in Heidelberg, Germany, seeks an experienced Project Supervisor to own high-value security installation projects from planning to delivery. Lead on-site teams, manage safety, quality, and budget to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

10+ years in security system installation, strong cabling/networking knowledge, and prior success supervising multi-site projects are essential. Relocation support and international project exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in security system installation and integration.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of cabling, networking, and commissioning of security systems.
• Confident managing subcontractors, site operations, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Lenel OnGuard, VMS platforms, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead security installation projects on-site from planning through delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to meet programme, quality, and budget targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work for compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Supervise site teams and promote safety and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to take ownership of high-value security installation projects. You’ll lead site operations from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest technical and commercial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate security installation projects valued up to £1M+, managing teams of engineers and technicians on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to achieve programme, quality, and budget targets.
• Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to ensure compliance and installation accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design, installation, and commissioning issues.
• Supervise and mentor site teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, financial performance, and documentation to maintain positive cash flow and quality outcomes.

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in security system installation and integration (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, VMS).
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of cabling, networking, and commissioning of security systems.
• Confident managing subcontractors, site operations, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Lenel OnGuard, VMS platforms, ECS/CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS) are advantageous.
