Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
• Ensuring quality control
• Supporting the Project Manager/Director on all quality-related matters
• Conducting process audits within the project
• Managing customer approvals and ensuring timely notifications
• Ensuring achievement of defined quality objectives through measurements, audits, and corrective actions
• Performing root cause analyses and supporting lessons learned initiatives
• Participating in project reviews and ensuring coverage of all quality aspects
• Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements for suppliers and construction sites per contract and company guidelines
• Managing project non-conformances, conducting reviews, and following up on corrective actions
• Monitoring the customer satisfaction process

Requirements

• University degree and experience in a project-related field (Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Project Management)
• Proven experience in project quality management or EPC contracts
• Experience developing and implementing inspection and test plans for turnkey projects
• Fluent in German and English
