Zusammenfassung

Nordex SE is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead wind turbine tower development programs. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams through concept, design, prototyping, testing, certification, and serial production.

Role requires several years of wind energy project management experience, a related engineering degree, and a PM certification preferred. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and Platform Lifecycle teams globally.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience managing complex technical development projects, ideally in wind energy.
• PM certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology and tower systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate wind turbine tower development projects while ensuring budget, timeline, and quality targets.
• Manage the complete product development process from concept to prototyping, testing, certification, and serial production.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation of requirements.
• Coordinate prototype testing, validation, and certification activities to verify compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
• Align project scope, milestones, and schedules with other Project Managers and Platform Lifecycle Management.
• Act as the key interface for stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and other global functions.
• Identify project risks, define mitigation actions, and provide transparent progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Ausbildung

Working closely with external suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered according to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Your contribution will support the successful development and industrialization of wind turbine tower solutions for global markets.

YOUR TASKS

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience managing complex technical development projects, ideally within the wind energy industry
• Proven experience in project management; a Project Management certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, tower systems
