Nordex Group in Rostock seeks a Project Manager Software & Cybersecurity to drive software development across turbine platforms. You will coordinate Global Engineering teams, secure technical quality, and ensure timely delivery while advancing turbine control software and safety features.

The role requires PM experience in software projects, strong leadership, and excellent English; German or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• PM experience with a focus on software projects; PM certification preferred.
• Experience in the wind turbine industry, especially electrical/control systems is highly preferable.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project skills.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German beneficial.

As Project Manager Software & Cybersecurity (m/f/d) you contribute to ensuring that software development projects across Nordex turbine platforms are executed reliably and efficiently. You work within Global Engineering and coordinate interdisciplinary teams to secure technical quality and timely delivery. Your work supports the advancement of turbine control and software functions that are essential to safe and stable wind turbine operation.
