Job Description

What will you be doing

In this role you will be part of a team that brings IT solutions to life for leading (e-commerce) retailers and wholesalers.

• You enjoy working on IT projects for leading (e-)retailers and wholesalers and prefer a diverse mix of projects ranging from software development data analytics to hardware / software upgrades and the occasional internal project.
• You ensure that your projects run smoothly and meet all requirements.
• You lead your projects successfully through all phases - from the planning of the project through the management of the project members to the final handover.
• You work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of for instance System Architects and Software Developers.
• You communicate clearly and to-the-point with our internal and external customers including our suppliers and internal colleagues.
• You prefer a proactive project management style the tools of risk and escalation management come naturally to you and you dont hesitate to act on early warnings.

What are we looking for in you

• A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science Information Management Intralogistics or a related discipline.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level PRINCE2 PMP).
• Experience managing stakeholders and delivering IT projects ideally within software development IT infrastructure automation or intralogistics.
• Proficiency with common project management tools.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); Dutch and / or German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of your time due to international project activity.
• Availability to work on-site at our Dortmund office bi-weekly to gather up with the whole team.

This position offers a competitive salary range of 5000 to 6800 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) depending on your knowledge and experience. Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
