Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Plant Engineering in our Water Treatment division, you will work as part of a dynamic team to implement innovative solutions for our customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Technical and administrative management of national and international plant engineering projects
• Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle—from planning to commissioning
• Participating in the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations
• Serving as the primary point of contact for our customers, project teams, and other project stakeholders
• Managing, coordinating, and overseeing internal and external project stakeholders
• Participating in resource, schedule, and capacity planning
• Ongoing project reporting and controlling
• Monitoring of project objectives, budgets, deadlines, and quality requirements
• Early identification and resolution of conflicting objectives
• Providing clients with transparent information on project progress, risks, and pending decisions

Your Profile

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Water Treatment Plant Construction, you bring the following qualifications and skills to the role:

• A college degree, for example in water resources management, process engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in industrial plant construction
• Experience in leading or managing projects, as well as proficiency in common project management methods and tools
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to reconcile differing interests and prepare decisions clearly
• Willingness to travel worldwide on business
• Class B driver’s license
