momox is seeking a conscientious and analytically strong professional to join our Berlin headquarters in the Operations department. You will lead cross-functional projects in Logistics and Customer Service, driving automation and process improvements with teams in Berlin and at Leipzig and Szczecin.
The role requires a degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering or similar, several years of logistics experience, and fluency in German and English.

For our Operations department, we are looking for a conscientious and analytically strong personality for our headquarters in Berlin, starting immediately. In this role, you will work on cross‑functional projects in Customer Service and Logistics, and independently drive your initiatives forward together with teams in Berlin as well as our logistics locations in Leipzig and Szczecin.
You take responsibility for planning, leading and implementing projects (e.g. fraud prevention, packaging automation) in our Operations departments of Logistics and Customer Service. Your goal: continuous improvement, optimization and modernization of our operational processes
You analyze existing processes, structures and relevant metrics, identify improvement potentials and derive concrete measures and solutions from them
You are responsible for the independent implementation of optimization and change projects – from analysis and conception through to successful implementation. The focus is particularly on automating manual processes
You work closely with management, IT and the responsible teams and managers from Logistics and Customer Service, and ensure close coordination especially for technical and automation‑related solutions
You question existing processes, bring your own ideas to the table and implement improvements independently and pragmatically
You have a completed degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualifications
Several years of relevant professional experience in Logistics, preferably from a retail or consumer goods company, a logistics service provider or a consulting firm
You have knowledge of process optimization and automation. Ideally, you are familiar with state‑of‑the‑art logistics systems such as ASR, shuttle storage, Autostore, sorter, AGV or robotics
Solid experience in project management, project leadership and collaboration with external service providers
Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking and a strong affinity for numbers
Fluent German and English language skills (min. C1)
