Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in (technical project) management for web, e-commerce, or digital platform projects.
• Familiarity with CMS, e-commerce, and framework technologies (AEM, TYPO3, Shopware, Salesforce Commerce, React, Node.js, REST APIs, GraphQL).
• Confident with classic and agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, hosting, cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment processes.
• Fluent in German and English, with relevant certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL) being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and technical management of complex digital projects with a focus on e-commerce and platforms.
• Translate client requirements into technical concepts, working with architects and developers to ensure scalable, performant solutions.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities early and ensure smooth development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage Scrum teams and sprints, define backlogs and priorities, and maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Use technical foresight and a structured mindset to guide projects from architecture decisions to go-live.
• Stay calm when challenges arise and balance customer needs with technical realities.
