Danfoss Climate Solutions in the Commercial Compressors segment seeks a Project Manager to redesign our supply chain into a smarter, global model. You will lead strategic manufacturing footprint projects to expand production readiness worldwide, delivering on time and within budget, and strengthening our market leadership in HVAC.

Ideal candidates have a track record in production localization or manufacturing transfers, a relevant engineering degree, and strong stakeholder communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing

• Shape and lead strategic manufacturing projects, from defining the scope and objectives to ensuring they align with our global business goals.
• Orchestrate all project phases, from planning resources and coordinating critical activities to proactively resolving issues to keep everything on track.
• Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring we meet our deadlines, stay within budget, and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Act as a central point of communication, providing clear and consistent updates to stakeholders at all levels and ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing best practices for future initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of successfully managing production localization or manufacturing transfer projects from start to finish.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, ideally supported by a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Business fluency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
