You will own projects from planning to end-to-end delivery, coordinating engineering, product, design and manufacturing across Europe and China, while balancing scope, budgets and timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience managing consumer electronics development and delivery.
• Experience with audio products like loudspeakers and headphones.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin and help bring the next generation of our products to life as our company continues to grow.

Our products combine high-performance acoustic components with integrated firmware and software, bringing together engineering, design and technology to create intuitive, market-leading monitoring solutions. With product development and manufacturing operations in both Berlin and China, our projects are international, cross-functional and highly collaborative.

As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of our loudspeaker and headphone projects from initial planning through to successful end-to-end delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional project teams and external partners, manage timelines and budgets, align priorities and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track and deliver against our product roadmap.

A key part of your role will be creating clarity and structure around our complex, intercontinental projects. You'll build new processes and continuously improve existing ways of working to increase efficiency, strengthen planning and enable reliable project outcomes — balancing product quality, timelines, budgets and business priorities.

You'll also play a central role in connecting engineering, product development, design and manufacturing teams as well as our international external partners across Europe and China. By fostering clear communication and effective collaboration across different cultures, functions and locations, you'll help ensure strong alignment and smooth execution throughout the product development process.

Your profile:

• You have 5+ years of experience managing the development and delivery of consumer electronics products in cross-functional teams, ideally within a European brand working with Chinese ODM/OEM and JDM partners


• Experience with audio products like loudspeakers and headphones is a big plus


• You have experience with engineering project management, industry-standard processes and you can identify weaknesses in existing structures and optimize those


• You have excellent communication skills and a pro-active problem-solving mindset with a strong ownership mentality


• You are fluent in English. Mandarin and/or German language skills are a big plus


• You are proficient at applying project management methodologies in software tools such as Jira and Confluence. Experience with Meisterplan and/or MS Project is a plus


• You have experience working with R&D disciplines such as Electronics, Mechanics, Acoustics, Software, DSP and Firmware, and you are comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Sales and other business functions — including direct interaction with executives


• You have the willingness to travel occasionally (mainly visiting JDM/ODM/OEM partners in Asia)
