You will lead large IT projects with European and global scope, guiding railway clients from requirements through deployment, and supporting the team in seizing future business opportunities.

You will manage planning, budgets, resources and communications, oversee risk and stakeholder management, and contribute to proposal preparation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration, transportation planning/operations, CS or related field.
• Experience in managing large IT or software implementation projects.
• Strong IT affinity and ability to work with complex systems.
• Excellent German and English communication within international teams.

• for large-scale European and global projects in the areas of resource planning, optimization, and scheduling
• who will actively guide, advise, and support our railway clients from requirements analysis through to system deployment
• to support the wider team with future business opportunities
• who want to manage and lead complex and challenging IT projects in a long-term capacity
• You are responsible for the organizational management of projects, with a focus on planning, budget, resources, communication, and adherence to processes and delivery methods
• You are responsible for project planning, risk and stakeholder management, as well as status reports
• You oversee commercial aspects and contract management and ensure efficient project controlling
• You assist in the timely preparation of complex proposals or proposal components
• You advise our clients and, together with them and our IVU subject matter experts, design the realignment of their processes for the optimal deployment and operation of IVU software solutions
• You will drive improvements in project management methods and business processes

Your profile

• You have a degree in engineering, business administration, transportation planning/operations, computer science, or a related field - and/or you have relevant professional experience and additional training in a comparable field, particularly in project management
• You have a strong affinity for IT and enjoy working with complex systems
• You are a strong communicator and hold yourself to high standards when it comes to the quality of your work
• You have an analytical and structured-technical mindset that allows you to navigate the complex world of rail transport
• You are able to communicate in both German and English within our international team. Other languages can also be beneficial given the wide scope of our customers
