Amer Sports is seeking a seasoned Logistics/PM professional to lead European warehouse projects from concept to go-live. You will own scope, timelines, resources and KPIs while coordinating with operations, IT and external partners across multiple brands.

Travel will be a regular part of the role as you drive automation and transformation initiatives. The position requires 5+ years in logistics or PM, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English (German a plus).

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management.
• Experience in warehouse implementation, transformation, optimization or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders across international organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with brands, IT teams and external partners.
• Structured, analytical and hands-on approach with ability to manage complexity.

What you need to succeed

• 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, warehousing and/or project management, with solid knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes, ideally gained through experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience in warehouse implementation, transformation, optimization or automation projects is a strong plus.
• Experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders across international organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with brands, IT teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
• A structured, analytical and hands‑on approach, with the ability to manage complexity and drive topics independently.
• Good understanding of IT systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, WMS or WCS is a plus.
• Fluent English is essential; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
