Your Tasks
  • Collaboration in the management of industrialisation projects – from rough planning to transfer to series production
  • Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of new manufacturing projects and optimisation of existing production systems, as well as implementation of rough planning
  • Internal coordination with specialist departments and supplier and customer contact
  • Support in the specification, procurement and implementation of equipment and systems, including integration into the existing manufacturing infrastructure
  • Acting as the team's contact person for industrial issues in selected manufacturing areas and existing production flows, in close cooperation with the respective departments
Your Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of technical project management as well as manufacturing and production planning (e.g. ME/AV) is desirable; further training will be provided.
  • Ideally, a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable technical qualification is desirable; alternatively, other suitable technical profiles may also be considered
  • Initial experience in industrialisation, process/production planning and manufacturing engineering within the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech sector is an advantage, but not a must
  • Knowledge of technical project management, manufacturing and production planning, work preparation
  • Knowledge of the procurement process for equipment and devices is an advantage, but can also be developed on the job
  • Experience in industrial digitalisation (in the context of the application/implementation of digital systems and processes) is advantageous, but not essential
  • Communication and moderation skills in collaboration with other specialist departments and external partners
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation and a certain degree of flexibility for implementing projects in a demanding production environment are desirable.
  • Openness to innovation and a willingness to continuously consider new technologies and methods and introduce them where appropriate round off the profile.
