Your Job
- Close collaboration with the project coordinator on administrative and organizational tasks, as well as support in implementing decisions
- Preparation of project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous oversight and management of the HBS project’s progress
- Identification of potential project risks and development of strategies for risk mitigation
- Ensuring efficient information flow between the project coordinator, interdisciplinary teams, and external partners
Your Profile
- Completed university degree (bachelor) in natural sciences, engineering, business administration, or a comparable discipline
- Proven expertise in project management methods (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI) and experience with digital project management tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, process-oriented approach
- Fluent German and English skills in both spoken and written form
- Teamwork, reliability, independent work, strong communication skills, and flexibility
