Where you can make an impact:

• Project Planning and Project Management for complete project lifecycle.
• Update project information in dedicated project management tools
• Observe project progress, identify potential risks and derive mitigation strategies
• Ensure transparency and communication within the company and towards our customer
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all members are engaged and working effectively towards project goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Hands‑on support of projects onsite, e.g. by executing assembly trainings or random assembly checks
• Manage and control all project change orders.
• Ensure continuous company learning by applying Lessons Learned or Retrospectives.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or comparable education.
• Technical knowledge of a tracker system or equivalent fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs, mainly within Germany and Austria
• Proficiency in project management software preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• English and German are a must
