BLP is seeking a versatile professional to lead end‑to‑end implementations of our Native‑AI‑powered ERP automation products. You will help customers reimagine processes, maximize automation rates, and turn AI initiatives into measurable business results.

In a fast‑paced environment, you will own projects from requirements to delivery, collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure successful integration and adoption across global enterprises.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: you can translate business needs into technical actions.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.

• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner: anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop: surface what isn’t working and translate that feedback into long‑term platform improvements.

Location

This is a full‑time position. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich, the role will be based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria. As team collaboration is of great importance to us, we highly encourage remote team members to join us in Zurich at least once a month. These visits are financially supported by blp.
