• Coordinate closely with international suppliers
• Track project budgets
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues
• Drive decision‑making by balancing timeline, cost, and quality trade‑offs
• Maintain structured reporting and project documentation

• ~3+ years of experience in project management within the tech / IT / hardware environment
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects
• Strong communication skills, especially in international environments
• Fluent in English (company language)
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand technical discussions and ask the right questions
• Highly self‑driven and autonomous, able to quickly learn new tools and processes
• Pragmatic and solution‑oriented mindset
• Strong ability to balance structured planning with flexibility in dynamic environments
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced and sometimes ambiguous situations

• Experience in consumer electronics, gaming, or sim racing
