Your Tasks

• You are responsible for facilitating communication with the worlds largest international DTC companies
• You act as a liaison between the client and the agency
• You will support a team of project and account managers in:

Monitoring paid social campaign performance and relevant KPIs.

• Preparing performance reports and review presentations
• Writing proposals
• Participating in client meetings
• Manage various projects timelines and project deliverables in a timely manner
• You actively participate in agency sales efforts by :
• You research new potential clients and leads.
• You approach them via cold calling (mostly via LinkedIn)
• You will gather the necessary information for initial calls
• Assist sales managers with follow-up calls
• Review and improve the companys sales strategy

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed or are still studying a degree in business administration marketing communications or media
• You have already gained some practical experience preferably in the field of online marketing
• You have a hands‑on mentality
• You have strong analytical skills
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging start‑up environment
• You work independently and are results‑oriented with a high motivation to achieve results
• You are communicative flexible and open‑minded
• You have excellent oral and written skills in English and German
