Fabletics is seeking a Project Manager CRM to join our Berlin team. You will own planning and execution of email and push campaigns across an offshore partner, turning CRM ideas into measurable results.

You’ll work at the intersection of customer experience and program management, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to drive automated journeys, reporting and process improvements in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in a digital B2C business, ideally in a Project Manager role.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing or membership programs is a plus.
• Extremely organized with ability to oversee multiple workstreams.

Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager CRM to join our CRM Team, based in Berlin, Germany. As Project Manager CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, you are the key to turn CRM strategies and ideas into results. You own the planning, coordination and execution across our email and push campaigns, leveraging our offshore team. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, project management and business. You'll work with various teams to deliver ad‑hoc campaigns and improve or build out automated journeys. What will you do?

• You lead the planning, implementation and optimization of our campaign calendar and strategic projects from inception to briefing, quality assurance and all the way to reporting.
• Coordinate and collaborate with ecommerce, creative and copywriting to ensure a streamlined and smooth email/push execution with an offshore team.
• Drive data and reporting to generate actionable insights.
• Work close with the whole team to help steer and focus our efforts to improve processes and ultimately business outcomes.
• Optimize our setup and production process.
• Identify efficiencies, roadblocks or breakdowns and implement solutions focusing on communication, automation, tooling and AI.

• 5+ years experience in a digital B2C business, ideally in Project Manager role.
• CMR and Lifecycle Management or Membership experience is a plus.

• Able to maintain an overview of various workstreams while zooming in on details as needed.
