Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement across business units
• Design and implement AI‑based solutions to boost efficiency and performance
• Lead cross‑functional teams (IT, business units, data science) through project lifecycles
• Develop business cases and conduct cost‑benefit analyses
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Assess and manage risks related to AI applications including ethical, legal and data privacy concerns
• Create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Drive change management and train employees on responsible AI usage
• Monitor and continuously enhance implemented solutions

  Your Profile

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally focused on process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning and data analytics
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, R or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS ML)
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with Lean Management, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven success in implementing AI‑driven process improvements with measurable impact
