BLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end ERP automation projects across the DACH region from Munich or Cologne. After onboarding in Zurich HQ, you’ll work from your home location with regular customer visits and team days funded by blp.

You will run kick-offs, scope and configure blp, coordinate integrations, and guide go-live across multiple customers and engagements. This role offers a clear path from Project Manager to Senior PM with global scope.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.

• Keep the project inside its budget, and raise it early when the effort is drifting.
• Hand over cleanly at go-live to our Consultants and support organization.

Location

This is a full-time position based in Munich or Cologne. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), you will work from your home location, with regular visits to customers across the DACH region.

Team collaboration matters a lot to us. You will regularly spend time with the team in person, in Zurich and at our hubs, for team days, all-hands and offsites. These visits are financially supported by blp.

Your Mission

You get customers live. Hands on, end to end, and fast.

As a Project Manager

Most of your implementations are not multi-year global programs. They are for companies that want blp running in their finance or supply chain organization within weeks, and who want somebody who knows what they are doing to take them through it. You are that person. You run the kick‑off, work with them on scope and process, configure blp, coordinate the integration, take them through testing, and get them across the line at go‑live.

You work in three modes, and many of our Project Managers move between them:

• Guided onboarding for our commercial customers: you run configuration days for several customers at once, guide them while they configure, and answer the questions that come up.
• Leading yourself on enterprise customers: you own the project end to end, including the sponsor meetings.
• Alongside a Senior Project Manager on our largest programs, where you take a country, an entity or a workstream and own it.

Your Career Path in Project Management

This is the path most of our delivery leadership came through, and we hire at every step of it. We place you according to your experience and the size of the programs you have delivered, and we are explicit about what the next step requires.

• Project Manager: You get customers live end to end, several in parallel: guided onboarding for commercial customers, leading enterprise projects yourself, or a workstream on our largest programs. Typically you bring 2+ years in consulting, implementation or project management.
• Senior Project Manager: You make large, global transformations happen: multiple ERPs, entities and countries, the steering committee, and a blp team on each engagement. Typically you bring 5+ years delivering complex, multi-country programs.
• Next steps: Lead a delivery team, or move into Consulting and from there towards our Client Partner role on strategic accounts.

Moves into Consulting or Customer Success Engineering are open at every level, and many of our people make them.

Key Responsibilities

In addition, as a Senior Project Manager

• Own the delivery outcome of global programs from kick‑off to the last go‑live: plan, scope, dependencies and date.
• Drive the first go‑live relentlessly, then run wave planning across ERPs, entities and countries.
• Run the steering committee and own the decisions that come out of it.
• Write and execute the recovery plan when a program is off track.
• Lead the blp team on each engagement and coach the Project Managers working on your programs.

What You Bring

For the Project Manager level

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• The ability to run several projects at once without losing control of any of them.
• Strong analytical and communication skills. You can translate a business need into something a technical team can act on.
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
• Bonus points for ERP implementation experience, finance or supply chain processes, or AI‑driven SaaS.
