Job summary

CODEX Partners is a consultancy focused on openness and trust. As a project manager, you will design and direct structured projects across industries, handling strategy, operations and due diligence.

You will acquire new projects, coordinate with partners, lead teams and develop client solutions. Depending on the project, you may work in Munich, Zurich or Frankfurt/Main and on-site at client locations in Germany and beyond. Strong German and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least four years of professional experience in management consulting.
• Experience in planning and managing projects and coordinating with clients.
• Excellent university degree and strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

• Conceive and manage clearly structured projects and sub-projects across industries.

As a project manager at CODEX Partners, you are responsible for the conception and successful management of clearly structured projects and sub‑projects in various industries. This can involve strategy development, operational tasks as well as commercial due diligence. You are involved in the acquisition of new projects, but you also organise projects in coordination with the partners, lead strong teams and are responsible for your own content. You develop solutions together with your colleagues and our clients. During the projects, you will be in continuous communication with the project managers on the client side together with the partner in charge. In addition, you are responsible for the product development of individual topics such as agile organisation.
Depending on the project, you will be working both in our office in Munich, Zurich or Frankfurt/Main and on‑site at our clients´ locations in Germany and abroad. During your time with us, you will get to know many industries, companies and tasks in a short period of time and work closely with the partners.

• You have at least four years of professional experience in management consulting.
• You are experienced in the planning and management of projects.
• You have gained extensive experience working together with clients on strategic and operational tasks.

• You have an excellent university degree.
