Aufgaben

• Lead a mobile repair team to deliver fleet-wide repairs and major projects.

As Fleet Repair Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of fleet-wide repairs and technical projects. You will lead a mobile repair team, oversee onboard maintenance and coordinate major projects including conversions, refits and dry dockings. This is a highly responsible position, working closely with vessels, internal departments, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience within the maritime industry and a strong understanding of shipboard operations.
• Proven experience in ship repair, fleet maintenance, technical project management or a closely related maritime engineering environment.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance technical, commercial, budgetary and operational considerations.
• Excellent written and spoken English, alongside confident communication skills when working with crews, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• A structured, independent and solution-focused approach, with strong MS Office skills and flexibility to travel regularly between vessels, shipyards and offices.
