Zusammenfassung

AlphaESS Europe is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our project managers in scheduling, task distribution, and reporting. You will monitor progress, identify critical activities, and help review forecasts to date.

The role involves maintaining a risk log to protect project scope and budget. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and set priorities.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Strong written and spoken communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

• Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and distribute reports.
• Support project managers to monitor progress, identify critical activities, and review forecasts.
• Maintain risk log to minimize impact on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Organize and prioritize meetings, prepare agendas, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate project progress to key stakeholders clearly and promptly.

• Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports
• Support the project managers to monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date
• Maintain project risk log to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
• Organize and prioritize meetings, prepare them, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Here you will be handling written and telephone correspondence internally and externally.
• Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Excellent ability to overview complexity of tasks and to recognize and set priorities.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Project or similar software tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fast perception of new knowledge and efficient problem-solving skills with high personal commitment within a matrix and fast paced environment
• Very good English and German skills, written and orally
