Role Overview

As Project Manager – Defence Customer Projects, you will lead high‑complexity programmes end‑to‑end. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project lifecycles across engineering, procurement, testing and customer operations
• Serving as the main point of contact for military and government stakeholders
• Ensuring full delivery, contract compliance and security alignment
• Tracking milestones, risks and budgets, and driving corrective actions where needed
• Leading negotiations with partners, suppliers and subcontractors
• Preparing documentation, reporting and presentations for internal and external audiences
• Ensuring adherence to defence standards, export controls and security protocols

What You Bring

• 3‑5+ years of project management experience in the defence sector
• Experience working directly with military organisations
• Excellent leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills
• Ability to operate under pressure in high‑stakes environments
• Fluency in German and English
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, though practical defence‑sector experience is highly valued
